The hotel staff were absolutely fantastic - always available and incredibly friendly. The location near the bus station was super convenient for getting to Pokhara. The Wi-Fi was strong and reliable, with three options to choose from. The breakfast was delicious, especially the pancakes and Nepal set breakfast. It was great to have water and beer available. The hotel offers great tours and treks at competitive prices, with a private guide option. The hotel also allowed me to store my backpack while I went trekking and to Pokhara. The staff and service were top-notch. It's a great budget option with some rooms having a balcony. The fans and warm showers were a nice touch. They take card payments and provide helpful information on tourist destinations. a truly excellent stay, deserving 9.5 out of 10. It's definitely worth considering for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Nepal, with a friendly and accommodating team.

The staff were incredibly hospitable and friendly, making us feel right at home. They even helped us find great deals for trekking and heli tours through their own travel agency. I highly recommend this hotel and travel agency for a great experience in Kathmandu.

the room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and an excellent shower. the hotel had a kitchen that I could use, and there were plenty of groceries and shops nearby. the staff, Sundar and Kumar, were exceptional hosts, making me feel like part of their family. the hotel's location was perfect, especially for those needing to visit the Indian embassy for a visa. I highly recommend Hotel Rising Home and will definitely stay here again when I return to the area. Namaste!
